The ATM is located in the Main Plaza next to the merchandise booth. All concession stands accept credit cards and cash as methods of payment.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms at the venue and designated Amp Choice restrooms.
Bags & Backpacks
Bags, including handbags and purses, may be no larger than 12” x 12” x 6."
All bags are subject to search. Backpacks are prohibited. Please see the prohibited items list for additional details.
The Box Office is located just outside the main gates to the venue.
Box Office Hours:
- Thursday & Friday: 10:00am- 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am- 5:00pm
- Event Days: Open at 10am and will close as early as 15 minutes after the main act takes the stage.

Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Recording equipment, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are also prohibited. This policy is subject to change per event.
Child Ticket Policy
Admission for children varies per event, however, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult's lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.

Please submit formal donation requests here. Due to a large number of requests, there is no guarantee your request will be fulfilled.
Remotely controlled, small, unmanned aircraft systems (UMAS), commonly referred to as drones, are prohibited without prior approval.
Drop-off & Pick-up Zones
The guest drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the front of the on-site parking lot. Additionally, guests can be dropped off / picked up at either of our offsite parking lots and utilize our free shuttle service to and from the venue.

Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside The Amp.
- Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula/milk or small snacks inside the venue. Containers must be clear; no glass or metal allowed.
- Guests with special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should make special arrangements, prior to the event day.
Please Note: The Amp concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products.
Gates will generally open one hour (60 minutes) prior to the event starting. This is subject to change. For more information for a specific event, visit the event page.
Information Booth is located near the entrance under the red tent. Please stop by and say hello, ask a question or share feedback.
We appreciate all requests for coverage. Please be aware that approval is granted by the tour promoter and/or publicist. To be considered, accredited members of the media must complete the request form (linked below) and a member of our Marketing team will connect with you regarding approval status.
A limited number of on-site parking spots are available in the Beaver Toyota Premium Parking Lot. Premium Parking passes may be pre-purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Box Office.
Parking at the Shuttle Lots
The Amp provides free parking at our satellite parking lots located at RB Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field and Anastasia State Park. Shuttle service from the satellite lots begin 60 minutes prior to gate time and run up to 60 minutes after the event ends.
St. Augustine Amphitheatre has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.
The Amp is committed to providing a safe experience for all guests. The Amphitheatre screens all guests entering the venue using wands and bag checks. Guests are advised to arrive early and only bring essentials. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please review our Security Page.
Reusable Cup Program
Reusable Cup Program: St. Augustine Amphitheatre has replaced single-use plastic cups with reusable, high quality, BPA-free cups at our concessions. Here's how it works:
- When guests order their first drink, they are given a reusable cup to use throughout the event.
- Guests automatically receive a $1 discount when they refill their cup.
- At the end of the event, guests return the cup to the cup bins located throughout the venue.
Shuttle service from the satellite lots begins 60 minutes prior to gate time and runs up to 60 minutes after the event ends.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own empty reusable bottle to fill (and refill!) at the filtered water stations throughout the venue. Only clear, reusable water bottles are allowed; single-use plastic, glass and metal bottles are not permitted.
Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the venue. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through Ticketmaster or the venue Box Office.
Tervis Pint Program
Patrons may purchase a St. Augustine Amphitheatre Tervis tumbler for $10 at concessions and receive $1 off all draft beer, soda, cocktail, and wine refills
