Venue Info

The Amp

St. Augustine Amphitheatre, lovingly known as The Amp, is located on Anastasia Island, across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine and just 0.5 miles from the beach. Embraced by the natural landscape of Anastasia State Park, The Amp provides a beautiful setting for an incredible concert experience.

The venue hosts more than 40 performances each year, welcoming music legends and rising stars across all genres. The Amp is an intimate setting with just under 5,000 seats, where, we've been told, there's no bad seat in the house!

St. Augustine Amphitheatre is owned and operated by St. Johns County Cultural Events Division.

The Backyard Stage

Introduced as a secondary performance space in 2016, The Backyard Stage gives fans an up close and personal experience with their favorite acts. Backyard shows are general admission, standing room only, and always a good time!

The Backyard Stage is easily accessed by entering The Amp and heading around back of the main stage. On-site parking is available in the main parking lot of The Amp. Concessions are available during shows with full bar and various local food trucks.

In 2018, with the assistance of the Friends of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, the Backyard Stage received a new roof and stage improvements, further enhancing this very unique performance space. Concert events in the Backyard are proudly presented by Intuition Ale Works.

The Front Porch

Just like at home, The Front Porch is the perfect gathering spot. This 4,800 square foot deck features an area for artists to play and the community to gather during our Farmers Market and Night Market or to just hangout before a show.

The Front Porch is located at the entrance of the venue, to the right of the Box Office. Unveiled in 2017, The Front Porch was made possible through the generous support of Canan Law.
