Community Tickets
As a community-owned, community-led organization, giving back is part of how we operate. That's why we've partnered with Tickets for Good and VetTix - two national nonprofit programs that connect verified community members with tickets to shows at The Amp and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Whether you're a teacher, a nurse, a nonprofit employee, or you've served in uniform, one of these programs may be for you.
Tickets for Good
Tickets for Good gives healthcare staff, teachers, and nonprofit employees access to free or discounted tickets for select shows at The Amp and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.
Registration is free. Once you sign up and your workplace is verified, you'll get access to a curated list of eligible shows. From there, you can claim tickets for free or at a discount, plus a small booking fee."
Who's eligible:
- Healthcare staff
- Teachers
- Nonprofit staff
How to register: Sign up at ticketsforgood.com/us/member-signup. If your employer isn't listed in the dropdown, no one from your organization has registered yet have your HR or office manager complete the Tickets for Good Registration Request Form to get your workplace added.
VetTix
VetTix, run by the national nonprofit Veteran Tickets Foundation, connects the military community with free event tickets including select shows at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre. We're proud to donate tickets to the program so more of the people who've served can be part of a show.
Once your service is verified, you can browse currently available events and claim tickets. The tickets are free; VetTix charges a small delivery fee to cover the cost of getting them to you.
Who's eligible:
- Currently serving military
- Honorably discharged veterans
- Immediate family of service members killed in action (Gold Star families)
How to register: Create a free account at vettix.org and verify your service. Once approved, watch for select shows at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre in your list of available events.
Are these two different programs?
Yes. Tickets for Good serves teachers, healthcare workers, and nonprofit staff. VetTix serves active-duty military, honorably discharged veterans, and Gold Star families. Each has its own account, so you'll register separately for whichever applies to you.
Do these apply to both The Amp and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall?
Yes, both programs cover select shows at both venues.
Is every show eligible?
Availability varies by show. Check each program's site for the current list of eligible events.
What if my employer isn't listed on Tickets for Good?
That means no one from your organization has registered yet. Have someone from your workplace complete the Tickets for Good Registration Request Form to get your organization added to the registry.
How do I verify my status?
Both programs verify eligibility directly during signup. Tickets for Good confirms your employer, VetTix confirms your service record. Neither requires you to submit anything to The St. Augustine Amphitheatre directly.
