SJC Cultural Events Inc. is requesting Qualifications from Respondents, who are licensed to perform design services in the State of Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes §287.055 (the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act). SJC Cultural Events Inc. is seeking qualified design firms to develop landscape architectural and site design improvement plans for the parking lot at 1340C A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080.

Purpose of Meeting

The Evaluation Committee will review and discuss the submitted qualifications, announce individual scores, and rank the most qualified respondents in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (CCNA). The committee will identify the top-ranked firm for subsequent contract negotiations.
