Box Office Location
The Box Office is located at the main entrance of The Amp, accessible from the on-site premium parking lot — your ticket to a great time starts here!
Buy tickets in person at the Box Office and skip the service fees! A valid ID is required for all credit and debit card transactions. Tickets for the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall may be purchased at The Amp Box Office.
The Box Office only sells tickets in person and cannot accept phone or email orders. To purchase tickets online, visit Ticketmaster.com.
Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets can be picked up approximately two hours before gates open on the day of the ticketed show. The person whose name is on the account must be present and show their photo ID in order to pick up tickets. The Box Office cannot release tickets to anyone whose name does not appear on the account, and cannot make name changes over the telephone.
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing service provider for St. Augustine Amphitheatre. The venue cannot confirm the validity of tickets from other sources.
Accessible seating may be purchased in person at the venue Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase up to three additional tickets for their companions. For Additional ADA information visit the ADA Info Page.
Child Ticket Policy
Admission for children varies per event, however, generally, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult’s lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.
St. Augustine Amphitheatre has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.
Refunds or Exchanges
If an event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled, refunds are available at your point of purchase.
If you purchased tickets at the venue Box Office and would like a refund for a postponed, rescheduled, or canceled event, you will need to bring the following items:
- Your tickets
- Proof of purchase
- Credit card used to purchase the tickets
Per standard policy, cash reimbursements will be in the form of a check and can take four to eight weeks to process. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, checks are taking longer than normal to process.
If your event was rescheduled, you have up to 30 days prior to the new date to request a refund.
If you purchased tickets online via ticketmaster.com, please follow Ticketmaster’s COVID-19 Refund Guidelines available through their website. The Box Office is not able to provide refunds for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
Ticket Scalping & Third-Party Ticket Sites
Florida Law prohibits the reselling of tickets on St. Augustine Amphitheatre property.
Ticket scalpers and brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of The Amp and the validity of these tickets is not guaranteed. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Ticketmaster or the venue Box Office is done so at the buyer's risk.
Any concert attendee who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation. Guests are welcome to purchase replacement tickets based upon availability.
The Amp is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor.
