A Guide To The St. Augustine Amphitheatre

The ATM is located in the Main Plaza next to the merchandise booth.

Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms at the venue and designated Amp Choice restrooms. 

Bags, including handbags and purses, may be no larger than 12” x 12” x 6."

All bags are subject to search. Backpacks are prohibited. Please see the prohibited items list for additional details.

The Box Office is located just outside the main gates to the venue.

Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Recording equipment, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are also prohibited. This policy is subject to change per event.

Admission for children varies per event, however, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult's lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is committed to supporting the organizations that make our community thrive. We welcome requests from nonprofit organizations seeking ticket donations to support their fundraising and community efforts.

Please complete the following Ticket Donation Request Form at least three weeks prior to your event. Please note that a submission does not guarantee a donation. You will be contacted if your request is approved. Tickets will be delivered electronically via email from AXS.com. A valid email address is required to receive tickets. 

Remotely controlled, small, unmanned aircraft systems (UMAS), commonly referred to as drones, are prohibited without prior approval.

The guest drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the front of the on-site parking lot. Additionally, guests can be dropped off / picked up at either of our offsite parking lots and utilize our free shuttle service to and from the venue.

In addition to the concession stands in the main plaza, we have a rotation of local food trucks at each event. Our multiple bars feature a variety of specialty cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options to enjoy before and during the show.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Please Note: Guests with special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should make special arrangements prior to the event day. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products.

Gates will generally open one hour (60 minutes) prior to the event starting. This is subject to change. For more information for a specific event, visit the event page.

Information Booth is located near the entrance under the red tent. Please stop by and say hello, ask a question or share feedback.

We appreciate all requests for coverage. Please be aware that approval is granted by the tour promoter and/or publicist. To be considered, accredited members of the media may submit a request here.

A limited number of parking spots are available in our on-site Premium Parking Lot located at 1340C A1A South St. Augustine FL 32080. Premium parking passes may be purchased online at www.AXS.com or in person at the Box Office. It is highly reccommended that parking passes are purchased in advance of the event.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre provides free parking at our satellite parking lots located at RB Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field and Anastasia State Park. Shuttle service from the satellite lots begin 60 minutes prior to gate time and run up to 60 minutes after the event ends.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.

We are committed to providing a safe experience for all guests. We screen all guests entering the venue using wands and bag checks. Guests are advised to arrive early and only bring essentials. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please review our Security Page.
